SCOTCHEROOS
1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
6 cups rice krispies
1 2/3 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup semi-sweet chips
Coat 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Combine peanut butter, sugar, corn syrup in large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat. Add cereal, stir until coated. Press into pan. Microwave butterscotch and chocolate chips for 1 minute, stir. Microwave for additional 10-20 minutes until topping is firm.
TIP: Store in air tight pan and eat quickly, they go stale quick.
